Fresh Hop Pale ALE

We harvested our Cashmere hops while the wort was brewing & added tons of fresh hops into the brew! A smooth ale with great aromas of citrus and sweet fruit. 5.3% - 15 IBU

Wild Blueberry Sour

A kettle sour beer fermented on wild Canadian blueberries, This beer has a magenta colour and is bursting with wild blueberry flavour. 6.2% - 27 IBU

Lagers

Lager

This is a crisp and refreshing Lager, it has very low bitterness and light malt sweetness. This beer is made with 100% Canadian ingredients. 4.2% - 6 IBU

IPAs

New England IPA

This is a Hazy Style IPA with bold hop aromas and restrained bitterness. Dry hopped with Citra and Mackinac hops, brings out aromas of orange & tropical fruit.  5.0% - 32 IBU

Session IPA  

This is a sessionable New England style IPA, with bold hop character and subtle bitterness. Dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Mosaic hops.  3.0% - 18 IBU
