An easy drinking American-style ale made from a blend of barley and corn. Dry hopping with Azacca hops has added some great aroma and a touch of fruit flavour. Enjoy!

Utilizing some Lacto we created a tangy sour style ale, dry hopped with our own Cascade & Columbus hops. The name says it all.

Dry Hopped Kettle Sour w/ MANGO
Starting with our dry hopped kettle sour we added 70lbs of mangos bringing our sour to a whole new level of freshness!

This IPA was fermented with the zest and juice from more than 2 dozen grapefruit. Adding Mosaic hops makes this a citrusy, grapefruity, hoppy IPA!
63 IBU - 4.9%
A rich, full-bodied, easy drinking stout. Pairs well with flannel, scarves and all things Fall.

Saskatoon Berry Wheat
We added Saskatoon berries from Rowen Farms in Waterford to our refreshingly crisp Wheat Ale to create a beer with great colour and a hint of Ontario fruit flavour.

A fruity, hazy, hop-forward IPA. Dry hopped with El Dorado and Amarillo hops. Deeeelicious. What more can we say.
