Come hang out with @booksaresick for a laid-back evening of good books, great conversation and a chance to unwind with other book lovers.
This is a relaxed hangout where Nick will be sharing stories about his favourite reads, why they resonate with him, and how they’ve shaped his literary tastes. During the evening, there will also be an "Ask Me Anything" session, where you can ask Nick about anything -from his all-time favorite books to his personal experiences in the literary world.
Whether you're an avid reader or just curious about the books this is the perfect chance to connect and explore new recommendations in a chill, informal setting.

For all the Aspiring Chefs and Butchers

This live demonstration is perfect for food lovers, aspiring chefs, or anyone curious about the craft of butchery. This program includes an introduction to the different cuts of meat and their uses, step-by-step demonstration of breaking down a side of pork, tips on trimming techniques, and preparing cuts for cooking and insights into sustainable practices and nose-to-tail utilization.
At the end of the course the meat, dressed & wrapped, will be available for purchase.

All tools and material are included in this step-by-step program covering an introduction to the world of chocolate, hands-on techniques such as tempering chocolate, molding, and decorating, crafting your own truffles, and adding unique touches to your chocolates.

This course dives into the mysterious world of these majestic nocturnal creatures and you'll learn all about their amazing skills and abilities, the role owls play in ecosystems, their behaviours, and why they’ve captured our imagination for centuries. Through the stories of these special birds you'll learn about how humans can impact owls in the wild, and what you can do to help!
You will get a chance to meet some owl ambassadors followed by a Q&A session to ask all your burning owl questions.
