Pizza

Just like our beer, our pizza is handcrafted using local ingredients and quality products. The dough, sauce and many of the toppings are prepared in-house and baked in our stone oven.

🍞 The dough: Crispy, airy and made fresh in-house using a blend of unbleached organic and traditional 00 flour, sugar, sea salt, yeast and extra virgin olive oil.

TANDOORI SOYA CHAAP PIZZA - This vegetarian pizza has house made tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and is topped with marinated, plant-based soya chaap, onions and green & red peppers. Finished with a drizzle of our creamy dill dipping sauce.
